Former TV producer, Head of Development at Fremantlemedia France, VP Formats International at IMG Entertainment and Chief International Officer at Endemol France, where she acquired or sold big shows like Money Drop, Undercover Boss, Farmer Wants A Wife, Got Talent, she’s now running her own company AscendoTV and work on the scouting / acquisition / development and of course selling of TV formats with indies as well as international production groups.
With Reed Midem (MipTV and MipCom in Cannes), she also oversees the content of MipFormats, the n°1 event on TV Formats (www.mipformats.com).
Also a format creator, her experience makes her one of the TV format experts in this industry.
Talent, trend and programme scouting, but also acquisition, development and creation of TV formats are thus her everyday missions. But she’s also an experienced executive in marketing. And with the digital disruption exploding in the business and production of TV programmes, she’s been spotting new trends and ideas on the digital front to extend editorial and economic boundaries.
