A month ago at MipFormats, Gary Carter did a keynote on Creativity and asked 50 TV professionals (SO proud to be part of them!) a set of open questions on the subject. Have a look, this is definitely worth it.
Some of the thoughts he brought to the audience : « Many people have to unlearn to be creative again », « Creativity is neither an act of God, nor talent, nor luck. It is fucking hard work », Creativity isn’t worth a thing if it doesn’t go hand in hand with a vision », « Realistic optimists have the greatest chance of success », « I was not brought to be creative, I was brought up as open-minded ».
